Great vid, thanks for posting!  Love this site!  Thank you for the other videos of removing lower units and water pump replacement.

If you ever get a chance removing a lower unit from an older Johnson or Evinrude, could I trouble you to post a video of that as you indicated it's a different procedure then the new Mercs, as you had to pop off the shifter and some other stuff?  Something to do with bolts, nuts, and things like that.   Wink
