TMD:

I enjoyed the video movie very much!  It's clear and understandable.

I didn't get if the Johnson was a looper or a cross flow, but by the why you moved the piston from the crown I would infer it was a cross flow...

Did the owner overhauled the motor, or just repaired the cylinder that was scored?  I wonder as some mechanic told me that some of his customers ask for reboring one cylinder and not all.

I would like to see more movies like this in the near future!

Regards,

Robert

What was the culprit of the cylinder failure?  How many hours had this motor?

Far as I know it just came down to an engine that was worn out.

That engine had seen many many hours and years of pulling skiers.

This is not a new video...but seemed to have been lost at one time on the forum.

Here it is yet again.

TMD's costs a considerable amount of money each year to operate.
If you would like to give something back...here are a few ways.

1.  Advertise with TMD's
2.  Purchase TMD Key Chain Floaties, contact Merc_nut, baxter or TMD for details.
3.  Donations.
